Delivery Issues
Suppose an order is dispatched and does not reach its destination due to issues on the customer’s side. In that case, the amount paid by the customer for shipping costs will not be returned.
The customer has the option of changing the delivery address. However, it will depend on the shipping stage the order is currently in. If changing the delivery address is unattainable, then a new order will have to be placed in accordance with the possible change in pricing and availability of the product. The previous order, if not shipped already, will be canceled.
Our products reach our customers within the 30 business days mark. If, however, there is an unexpected delay in shipment or otherwise, the customer will be contacted by our support team and made aware of the possible setback.
If you are not available at the address provided, the delivery driver will leave a notice along with their contact information so that you can set a new delivery date. If you are not available on the second attempt, the order will automatically be canceled.

Return & Refund Policy
Our company offers a 7 days return policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their products and choose our website to order again.
Returned Items
Our customers have the option to return the purchased items as per the following conditions: – The items or products should be in the same condition as they were shipped in. – If there are clothing items, they should be unworn, undamaged, and without alterations. – Damage caused by the customer automatically makes the item or product unreturnable. – If the item is fragile or a garment, ensure that it is packaged appropriately so it can return to us safely. Authorization and Refunds
Any and all returns have to be authorized by us before you can ship the order back. The authorization process will take between 7 to 10 days, after which your refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment as soon as we receive the product at our warehouse.
It is entirely understandable if you change your mind and opt to cancel. As long as you act timely, our refund policies allow the return of the total amount upon cancellation.
Refunds are only applicable within the first 30 days of the purchase and if the product is in original condition.
Exceptions in Refunds

Exchange Policy
If your product gets damaged before reaching you, please get in touch with our customer service agents, and we will either send you a replacement for the damaged product or refund the payment.
